Baker Tilly confirmed that they had not commenced any audit work in respect of the Group’s financial statements for the years ended 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2025. In this regard, Baker Tilly confirmed that from their perspective, no matters need to be brought to the attention of the Company’s members or creditors. |
