| PwC | | 26-Nov-24 | | In view of the recent public information and considering the Company’s existing development needs, after the Company’s communication with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) on the proposed change of auditor, PwC agreed to resign as the auditor of the Company with effect from November 26, 2024. PwC has also confirmed to the board of the directors of the Company (the “Board”) in its notice of resignation that there are no matters in relation to the proposed change of auditor that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”). The Board and the audit committee of the Board (the “Audit Committee”) confirmed that there are no disagreements or unresolved matters between the Company and PwC, and there are no other matters or circumstances in respect of the resignation of PwC which should be brought to the attention of the holders of securities of the Company. |
