The Board considers that the change of auditors is in the best interests, primarily to achieve better audit efficiency through alignment with a major investment accounted for using the equity method of the Group, which is currently audited by Deloitte. Furthermore, Deloitte possesses extensive knowledge of the Group’s business operations and historical financial reporting, having previously served as the auditor of the Company from its initial public offering until 2022. This prior experience is expected to facilitate a seamless transition and ensure the continued maintenance of high audit quality. |
