Some Shareholders shared concern about re-appointing PwC which had been the auditor of the Company since 2007 and that according to the Administrative Measures for Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by Stated-owned Enterprise and Listed Companies issued by the Ministry of Finance of the PRC, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and China Securities Regulatory Commission, the term of consecutive engagement of the same accounting firm by a state-controlled enterprise shall, in principle, not exceed 8 years. |
