Due to age and family reasons, Mr. Chen Jinghe has proposed not to accept nomination as a Director candidate for the ninth term of the Board of Directors. Despite the earnest efforts of the controlling shareholder and the Board of Directors to retain him, Mr. Chen Jinghe believes that an enterprise with enduring success should transit from being 'founder-driven' to 'institution-driven'. The Company’s new core management team has now matured, making this the optimal time to achieve the succession from the old to the new.
